Adult Friendship Breakups Hurt Too

When kids are young, their friendships seem more fluid than stationary. One day David, Donte, and Maya may be friends and the next they’ve moved on to Larissa, Paige, and Carter. Adults get used to kids talking about this kid one week and another kid the next. We chalk it up to growing and learning about ourselves, and others and figuring out boundaries. Kids tend to be resilient and in most cases, they just roll with it.
